About

drew tarvin was born and raised… who am i kidding? we all know who’s writing this bio.

i was born and raised in cincinnati, oh, where i learned to capitalize on opportunities (but not how to capitalize sentences). i went to Princeton High School, and loved the red and grey colors so much that i then attended The Ohio State University.

OSU was the first place i did comedy–first as a founding member of The 8th Floor Improv Comedy Group, and then as a stand-up comedian

in 2008, i moved to new york city, where i currently perform stand-up comedy in clubs around the city and improvise as member of The Consulate, ComedySportz, and at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade and Magnet Theaters.

in addition to performing, i am the author of Humor That Works, a site dedicated to helping people learn how to infuse more humor into their work and life.  for even more drew, check out the resumes below or drop me an email.
